Website Terms and Conditions
By accessing, searching and using our website or any application on any platform (hereinafter referred to as the "website") and/or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
Aceste pagini, conţinutul şi infrastructura acestor pagini şi serviciul de comenzi online oferit pe aceste pagini şi prin acest website sunt în proprietatea, operate şi furnizate de GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL şi sunt furnizate doar pentru uzul dumneavoastră personal, non-comercial, conform termenilor şi condiţiilor de mai jos.
Definitions
“ryavita.ro”, înseamnă GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL, (denumit in continuare “Vanzătorul”) ce reprezintă o societate cu răspundere limitată înregistrată conform legislaţiei din România, cu sediu social in Sat Jilava, Ilfov, Sos. Giurgiului 33 A Bl. CANT. SP. 1 Cod 077120, CUI 37613632, J2017007390238 .
"Buyer" – can be any natural person over 16 years of age or legal person or any legal entity that makes an account on the Site and makes an Order.
"Order" – any request made by phone, by filling in the online form or by electronic mail (email) through which the Buyer requests the purchase of Products from the Site.
"Account" – the section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to send orders and contains information about him and his history. The Buyer is responsible for all information entered when creating the Account and will ensure its correctness and updating.
“Platformă” – înseamnă website-ul www.ryavita.ro pus la dispoziţie, deţinut, administrat, întreţinut şi/sau găzduit de GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL
"Product" – means any product listed on the Site, including the products and services mentioned in the Order to be provided by the Seller, to the Buyer as a result of the concluded contract.
"Contract" – represents the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.
"Transaction" – collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of the product / products by the Seller, to the Buyer, by using the services of the card processor agreed by the Seller, regardless of the delivery method.
How to order
By registering an Order on the Site, or by telephone or e-mail (e-mail), the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
The Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Products in the Order and in this situation will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or telephone number made available to the Seller when placing the order and will refund the amount paid.
After taking over the order by the Seller, the Buyer will receive an email from the Seller, an order confirmation message. Upon receipt of the order confirmation message, the sale-purchase contract is considered concluded.
Delivery method
Livrarea se va face prin curier GLS Romania iar timpul de livrare este intre 1-3 zile lucratoare.
Delivery fees
The single delivery fee for Romania (GLS) is 4.1 euros. The single delivery fee for any other foreign country (DHL) is 25 euros.
How to sell
Any natural person over 16 years of age or any legal entity may place an Order by any means indicated on the www.ryavita.ro website.
Pentru motive justificate GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL îsi rezervă dreptul de a refuza sau restricţiona accesul unui Cumpărător în vederea lansării unei comenzi, în cazul în care consideră că în baza conduitei acestuia se aduc prejudicii GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL.
The Seller may cancel the Order launched by the Buyer by phone, online or by e-mail based on a notification communicated to the Buyer without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other party or without claiming damages if:
– The data provided by the Buyer are incorrect and/or incomplete;
– Imposibilitatea procesarii tranzactiei de catre procesatorul de carduri agreat de GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL, in cazul platii online.
Return Policy – ACCESS THE RETURN FORM
The Buyer may return a Product within 14 calendar days from the date on which he took possession of the Product / Products, in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 34/2014.
The costs for returning the product (round-trip) will be borne by the Buyer.
If the Buyer decides to return the purchased product(s), he/she will be able to fill in the online return form found at www.ryavita.ro/form-retur.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Unsealed products and products on which unauthorized interventions have been made, those showing signs of wear or use, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.
The return is made with the initial labels intact and together with all the documents with which the product was delivered.
If the returned products were accompanied by any gifts granted by the Seller, they must be returned together with the purchased products.
The amount related to the returned products that was paid by the Buyer will be returned as follows:
– For Orders paid by card online – by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
– For orders paid by PO / transfer / refund – by bank transfer.
GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL poate publica pe Site, într- anumită perioadă de timp şi în limita stocului disponibil, promoţii practicate la anumite produse sau la toate produsele comercializate.
All tariffs related to the products presented on the Site are expressed in lei. The shipping price is not included in the price displayed on the Site.
GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru intarzieri de livrare ale curierului care sunt din culpa vanzatorului sau din culpa transportatorului, insa nu isi asuma nicio responsabilitate pentru intarziere din culpa clientului ( adrese sau date de contact oferite gresit in comanda sau cand clientul nu este de gasit la adresa din comanda sau telefonic ). In primele doua cazuri mentionate mai sus, GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL va depune toate diligentele necesare pentru ca si coletul sa ajunga cat mai urgent la client ( va lua legatura cu curierul pentru ca transportul sa se realizeze cat mai urgent).
Currently, our company, respectively the www.ryavita.ro site agrees with the payment methods displayed on the official page.
Transfer of ownership of products
The ownership of the products will be transferred, upon delivery, after payment has been made by the Buyer to the address indicated for delivery by him, by signing the receipt of the transport document issued by the courier or by signing the receipt on the fiscal invoice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Drepturile de proprietate intelectuală sunt proprietatea GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL S.R.L.
GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL se consideră a fi autorul site-ului de faţă. Fotografiile, textele, sloganurile, desenele, imaginile, secvenţele animate sonore sau nu, precum şi toate lucrările integrate în acest site sunt proprietatea GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL sau a unor terţi care au autorizat GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL să le utilizeze. Modelele şi lucrările prezentate în acest site sunt protejate în conformitate cu dispoziţiile legale referitoare la dreptul de autor şi drepturile conexe, precum şi la protecţia desenelor şi modelelor industriale.
Reproductions, on paper or digital, of the aforementioned site and of the works and models reproduced there are authorized provided that they are intended for strictly personal use, excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes, so as to comply with the legislative provisions regarding intellectual property.
Cu excepţia dispoziţiilor de mai sus, orice reproducere, prezentare, utilizare sau modificare parţială sau integrală a site-ului, indiferent prin ce procedeu ori pe ce suport, a diverselor lucrări şi modele care îl compun, fără a se fi obţinut în prealabil autorizaţia de la GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL, este strict interzisă şi constituie infracţiunea de contrafacere, care se pedepseşte conform legislaţiei în vigoare.

Responsibility
The Seller shall not be liable for damages of any kind suffered by the Buyer or any third party as a result of the Seller's performance of any of its obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from the use of the products after delivery.

GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL vă respectă intimitatea, politica de confidentialitate si cookie-uri, pentru informaţii suplimentare accesati Politica de confidentialitate si Cookies.
Force majeure
The parties are exonerated from liability in the partial or total execution of this contract in case of force majeure causes, under the law.
If within 15 days force majeure does not cease, the parties have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without one of them claiming damages.
Final Clauses – Resolution of complaints and disputes
The seller complies with the legislation in force on consumer protection. The seller has established an effective complaint-handling system. Thus, in case of problems, the Buyer can contact the Seller by phone or e-mail.
The settlement of complaints or notifications is made within 30 calendar days of their receipt.
În cazul în care nu se ajunge la un acord amiabil, orice litigiu între Vânzător si Cumpărător va fi soluționat de instanțele competente de la sediul GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL.
În măsura permisă de lege, acești termeni și condiții, precum și furnizarea produselor noastre, vor fi guvernate și interpretate în conformitate cu legislația română, iar orice litigiu care rezultă din acești termeni și condiții generale și serviciile noastre va fi exclusiv supus instanțelor competente de la sediul GERMAN SLIMFIT SRL.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions thereof. In such case, the invalid provisions shall nevertheless be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law and you shall at least agree to accept an effect similar to that of invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provisions according to the content and purpose of these terms and conditions.
